Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at mc44weber@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from us.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us at mc44weber@gmail.com.
