Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Split Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then reach out to us at mc44weber@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mc44weber@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.
